Microsoft Advertising is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and orchestration of integrated marketing initiatives that bring our audience strategies, campaign priorities, and business objectives to life. This role sits at the center of Microsoft Advertising’s go-to-market engine, ensuring alignment across audiences, campaigns, channels, and regions.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into clear, executable integrated marketing plans that drive consistency, relevance, and impact across the customer journey. You will partner closely with audience owners, campaign teams, analytics, creative, and regional stakeholders to connect the dots between strategy and execution—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, cross-functional work.

 

With a data-informed and operationally rigorous approach, you will help shape how Microsoft Advertising plans, prioritizes, and delivers marketing programs. You will develop and manage editorial calendars, timelines, and intake processes that enable teams to move efficiently while staying aligned to shared goals. In partnership with analytics, you will help define success metrics, review performance, and apply learnings to continuously improve future plans.

 

This role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, global environment—balancing multiple priorities, managing dependencies, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. You will be expected to synthesize business needs, audience insights, and campaign objectives into integrated plans that are both strategic and actionable, while ensuring alignment with Microsoft Advertising brand standards, accessibility requirements, and local market considerations.

 

As a trusted cross-functional partner, you will help drive operational excellence across the integrated marketing process. This includes documenting playbooks, improving workflows, and identifying opportunities to streamline execution through tooling, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will support leadership and partner teams by providing clear visibility into plans, progress, and outcomes, and by helping teams stay paced against key marketing moments and milestones.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Marketing IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 – $222,600 per year.

As a Principal Product Manager, Foundational Research, you will be advancing the next generation of LLM models working on either (1) pre-training and post-training data and evaluations, (2) training infrastructure, or (3) API and Platform. Senior Software Engineer – Auction Logic – Monetize Platform

We built a platform to provide an open, transparent marketplace and powerful enterprise technology enabling marketers to connect and engage consumers on thousands of high-quality websites and apps. 

The Monetize Platform is an advanced buy-side and sell-side advertising technology platform that enables buyers and sellers to access and trade premium inventory in a transparent and streamlined environment.

Microsoft is hiring an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the Auction Logic team, specifically focused on build, test, deploy, and monitoring.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will

  • Lead the cross-team engineering efforts to build business critical products for publishers and buyers on the Monetize platform.
  • You will collaborate with a team of smart, passionate engineers.
  • You will own significant areas of the Monetize real-time platforms and function as the architect.
  • You will participate in setting the roadmap and direction for your areas of responsibility.

About the team:

The mission of the Auction Logic team is to create the digital marketplace with a purpose of accurately connecting advertisers (buyers) and publishers (sellers) in the most effective and efficient way possible. The team is responsible for building and operating a set of core components of Monetize real-time platform, specifically the distributed set of servers that runs an auction for every ad impression, delivers the ad content, and performs all the necessary accounting. The Monetize real-time platform is a large-scale distributed platform operating under strict real-time constraints, responding to and executing real-time, dynamic auctions in less than 100 milliseconds. In the past few years, we’ve grown from processing 300k QPS to over 5 million QPS for an approximate total of 100 billion requests per day. These events generate more than 150 TB of new data every day. Engineers work on the real-time components to optimize our software for performance, space, and algorithmic efficiency. The application that processes all those requests, impression bus, is among the responsibilities of the Auction Logic team. You will provide solutions to help connect advertisers and publishers in the digital marketplace as well as resolve complex technical issues that arise because of the immense scale of our platform.

About the job:

As a technical leader you’ll design and implement solutions that span multiple applications on the real time platform, are high quality, require hard real time constraints, are easy to operate and maintain, and make the lives of product engineers easier.  You will own or influence significant parts of the platform and allied areas. You will work closely with other engineers and our product teams, to not only make these systems go faster and handle more and more data, but also to build revolutionary new products for our clients. responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable solutions including new features and enhancements of our Platform.
  • Participating in and helping lead planning sessions with Product Management and Engineering team leads to constructing feature requirements and specifications.
  • Produce prototype features quickly and participate in gathering feedback from clients.

Responsibilities
  • You will sell Microsoft’s media and buy-side technology products and will drive outcomes through a variety of transaction types (IO, PMPs) and technology platforms.
  • You will develop, lead and execute MSA sales strategy & priorities to enable client growth of existing and new products. Purposefully positions outcomes within the context of the client’s digital marketing journey from current to future state.
  • You will work to influence CMO and Chief Digital Marketing Stakeholders through Relationship Building as a compelling storyteller, leading with emotional intelligence, communicating with confidence and by effectively listening to identify clients’ end to end needs.
  • You will lead Sales planning with the Account v-team including achieving sales targets and increasing existing budgets while also opening new share of wallet opportunities with Audience ads and other incubations products and ensure shared accountability for sales targets with the v-team.   • You will expand the client’s view of the importance of MSA products and concede negotiables in an order that ensures both parties feel they are winning. Effectively maintains good working relationships with those involved in negotiation; persuading others without using manipulation and maintaining a positive atmosphere during difficult objections & negotiations.
  • You will lead the update of pipeline reviewing top new opportunities, identifying roadblocks, and ensures the right resources are engaged to overcome client objections.
  • You will execute sales per expectations against pipeline, new client, and opportunity management goals per the MSA Solution Selling process for new deals, driving for client verifiable outcomes at each stage.
