Within MAI, the Monetization team focuses on both direct (paid directly by a customer) and indirect (paid by a third party) models of revenue generation across Microsoft properties.
In Product Operations for Microsoft AI Monetization, you’ll shape how our AI products scale globally—driving clarity, alignment, and execution across Product, Engineering, and Sales. You’ll operate at the nerve center of the business, turning strategy into action and removing friction across the entire product lifecycle.
Examples of high‑impact work include:
- Designing the operating model for how products ship, from incubation to global rollout—defining rhythms, decision forums, and cross‑team interfaces that accelerate delivery.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
