Responsibilities
- Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
- Contributes to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight.
- Creates and implements code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable.
- Contributes to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provides estimation.
- Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.
- Remains current in skills by investing time and effort into staying abreast of current developments that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Advanced React (TypeScript, hooks, Fluent UI), Redux Toolkit, and modular frontend architecture.
- Experience configuring and optimizing Webpack and Babel for modern JavaScript/TypeScript applications.
- Strong testing skills (Jest, React Testing Library), code quality (ESLint, Prettier), and documentation.
- Experience with monorepo tools (Lerna, Nx), API integration, and performance/accessibility best practices.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines, CI/CD automation).
- Solid understanding of cloud deployment, release management, and infrastructure scripting (Bash, YAML).
- Proven ability to lead technical design, mentor team members, and drive architectural decisions.
- Experience optimizing large-scale systems for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities
As the AI Senior Product Manager in this role, you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and execution of the CIP Platform, MAI’s agentic testing platform.
Strategic Roadmap and Product Quality
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for agentic testing to enhance product quality across all of Microsoft AI (MAI). This will involve identifying and capitalizing on internal and external opportunities for improving product quality, especially in the era of AI-driven coding.
Customer Engagement
- Engage with customer teams to gain insights into their pain points and user needs. Integrate this feedback into the roadmap and feature planning to better align the platform’s offerings with customer requirements.
Growth Strategy
- Create and implement growth strategies, including forming partnerships and collaborating across organizations, to drive the adoption of the product.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

- An entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach, making swift, confident decisions.
- 5+ years in product management, preferably with an MBA.
- Experience managing AI/ML product lifecycles, including model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
- Proficiency in using metrics and experimentation to evaluate AI product impact and performance.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

- Solid experience of shipping high performance C#, Java, or equivalent language code software.
- Understanding of distributed system and data parallel computing is preferred.
- Data processing or analytics experience with Spark, Flink, Kafka, Azure Data Lake is a plus.
