Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects from conception to implementation, with a focus on delivering AI-driven user interfaces and performance-optimized applications.
- Coordinate technical delivery through sprints, fostering collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate across geographies and time zones to establish best practices and develop automated processes that mitigate development risks.
- Investigate and debug complex performance issues in applications, ensuring optimal user experience and system efficiency.
- Design and implement performance testing strategies to proactively address bottlenecks.

- Drive team-wide investments in infrastructure and foundational systems to support long-term technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in the wallet and payments ecosystem, with a proven track record of successfully scaling products and services.
- Solid knowledge of payment processing and card network systems.
- Experience in developing products from inception to completion, with a focus on the product aspect and a thorough understanding of the business needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying potential market opportunities and successfully launching products that meet market demands.
- Data-driven decision making and ability to thoughtfully experiment.
- Experience in online/web services environment.
- Experience working with customers, with ability to deeply understand customer needs and competitive landscape, to achieve the best outcomes for the customer.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience programming in C++, C#, or another object‑oriented language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in search system is a plus.
- Experience in distributed key-value store or inverted-index is a plus.
- Experience in debugging and profiling production distributed systems is a plus.
- A passion for distributed platform development.
- Able to quantitatively evaluate, implement and verify a solution in a distributed environment, using simulation, testing, counters, logging, and other methodologies.
