Our team of engineers is dedicated to working on the latest technological trends in Search, AI, Agents, responsible AI, security, and privacy. We strive to take the best ideas and turn them into innovative business strategies and products. 

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated Software Engineer to evangelize and build APIs that power the agentic web. In this role, you will drive customer focused feature development, onboard partners, and support strategic relationships in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy, professionalism, and a passion for innovation. 

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise across the full product lifecycle, preferably in platforms, APIs, and schemas, combined with solid partnership, collaboration, and agile project management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying products and services to address complex business challenges. The candidate must understand customer technical requirements, quickly collaborate with partners to determine how best to leverage our systems, and translate those requirements into solutions with others in the engineering team. They should be data-driven, able to work independently, remove obstacles, embrace change, and thrive in ambiguous environments. A high level of integrity and a consistent, positive “can-do” attitude are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Work on the delivery of high-quality services that will power AI and Search experiences across products. 
  • Ensure the quality, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of services. 
  • Participate in design and code reviews, and contribute to the development of a clean, well-documented codebase. 
  • Stay current with the latest developments in AI, Search and development, and bring innovative ideas and insights to the team. 
  • Help other team members plan and execute technical deliverables with the required quality. 
  • Participate in the success of  internal and external partner relationships. 
  • Coordinate and orchestrate product requirements gathered from partners. 


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Solid experience in designing, developing, shipping and troubleshooting high scale services. 
  • Solid coding, debugging and algorithm design skills. 
  • Expertise in backend technologies such as C, C++, C#, Java, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, etc. 
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Commitment to creating and maintaining an inclusive workplace. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in front-end technologies  
  • Unrelenting focus on driving results through transformational partner experiences.  
  • Prior experience with API platform development.

  • Build scalable workflows and dashboards for measurement, evaluation cycles, and quality checks.
  • Analyze failure modes and improve prompt rubrics to reduce defect rates and enhance labeling consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate metrics and labeling systems into production environments.


Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • You will ensure account health by proactively monitoring all activities, while seeking feedback to grow more of their business and creating long-term strategies to improve the client experience. You’ll also establish the business value of Microsoft’s advertising solutions by proactively developing  solid, comprehensive understanding of clients’ marketing needs delivering advertising solutions into overall marketing strategy
  • You will leverage relationships with key client contacts and seek both formal and informal feedback to acquire, retain, and grow more of their business. You will identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction, help create long-term strategies to maintain client satisfaction, anticipate issues and risks, identify drivers of dissatisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, and remove blockers. You’ll establish recovery action plans to improve the client’s overall experience.
  • To tailor your sales approach, you will adopt Microsoft sales strategies as you proactively leverage Unified Client Management (CRM) tools to increase performance, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities. You’ll also generate business and upsells by developing value-proposition presentations and specialised business plans for clients.
  • You will proactively develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ marketing needs and their competition to anticipate their needs and deliver new insights to them. You’ll also proactively own and elevate relationships  throughout multiple levels at the customer’s organization.
  • You will act as a thought leader on industry trends, technology, and KPIs. You’ll also leverage competitive knowledge to elevate client’s success and create solutions that increase revenue.
  • You will create a collaborative, trust-based work environment where differences in communication style are considered, and the perspectives of others are respected and valued. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

  • Your Account Planning & Management activities include planning with Purpose Through Client Planning as you will partner with the teams, including AEs, Specialist team to develop and execute MSA account plan, leveraging winning sales strategies replicated across clients and client types.

  • As a disciplined Seller, you will optimize the existing book of client business to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent sales hygiene, consistently execute against pipeline, opportunity management, and revenue goals. Uses a solution selling mindset to identify across Microsoft opportunities that deliver end-to-end beneficial client outcomes as well as bring the best resources to overcome blockers and ensure success.
  • You will support the Account Executive in building a negotiation plan to ensure smooth closing and timely renewal of contracts.
  • You will maintain a positive approach during difficult objections & negotiations and demonstrate expertise in MSA’s features and incentives, including incubations products.
